Start to finish John and the team were amazing. Ive now purchased and sold a House through Grants and I have nothing but good things to say about the service they provide. Johns knowledge of the market and the professional service of photos/ advertising were the best Ive seen when looking at houses. I cannot recommend Grants Estate Agents enough! We used them for the sale of our property. I knew as soon as they came out to value the property that they were the ones to use. Explained everything to me in simple detail and so friendly and basically just dead on! Kerrie is an absolute credit to the place. She kept me updated every step of the way, I did not need to chase anything up myself. Everytime I spoke to her on the phone I was at ease, she was just so helpful and friendly.
In the beginning once the house was valued our mortgage application fell through with our bank. Grants suggested I come in under no pressure and use their own independent mortgage broker who was also brilliant, no hidden fees nothing. Got our new mortgage and sold our house. 5 stars!

Grant Estate Agents were recommended to us by a family friend and from walking through the door we found the whole experience very positive. The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. The very professional pictures and video of our home were taken in the morning and by 4.00pm we were receiving viewing requests. Our home was sale agreed in five days. From our first contact with Grant estate agents we know our experience with them would be positive. Grant came to value our property within 48hours and was so friendly. He explained the costs we would incur upfront and there were no hidden fees or charges as we went along. He was honest and realistic with valuing our property and advised us how we could get the best price by making minor changes which was very much appreciated by us!
The online system for viewings was fab as we could see well in advance when we would be out of the property. Within one week of being for sale we had moved to sale agreed. Very impressed with Grant Estate Agent with the sale of my house, which I initailly used when purchasing my house which is why I went back to them. I wouldnt go to any other estate agent. Every single staff member is so friendly and professional. Its a fabulous team! Everything is very organised and done in a timely manner keeping me informed every single step of the way.
